Mousehole Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom cottage with lots of character and original charm in the beautiful area of Polperro Cornwall with off-street parking to front of cottage.

One with double bed,
Second bedroom with two single beds.

2 cosy sitting rooms with seating, together with television, video.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dining facilities.

Family Bathroom

With bath and a electric shower over bath.

Bed linen

All supplied.

Towels

Kitchen and bathroom towels supplied.

Pets

Welcome, but limited to one well behaved dog (£5 supplement) - please notify at time of booking.

General

Please note the cottage is on three levels so may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children.

The pretty garden is of varying levels with seating and patio areas.

Welcome pack on arrival.

Please note the cottage is completely Non Smoking.

Booking Information

Please use the enquiry form or by telephone. A deposit can be taken by cheque or card. All major credit cards are accepted. Full payment is required 4 weeks before your holiday commences.

In event of cancellation your deposit will be returned if we can re-let the cottage. If a cancellation is received after the full payment has been made, full monies will be returned if a re-let has been possible, less any expenses incurred.

Tenencies will commence on day of arrival from 3pm, please vacate cottage by 10am on day of departure.

Deposits

Breakage and cleaning deposit required of £25.00 returned to you by post once everything is left as found. This to be added to your final payment.
